Shipping policy

Delivery in Pakistan

• We deliver to every city in Pakistan.
• Delivery charge: Rs 250 per order.
• Delivery time: 5 to 7 working days after your advance payment is received.

Advance payment

Every order is confirmed with a Rs 500 advance by JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer. The remaining amount is paid in cash when your parcel is delivered.

Ordering for a function date

If you need your order by a specific date, please order at least 7 working days before your function and tell us the date on WhatsApp at 0300 8873161 so we can plan your delivery.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, send clear photos and an unboxing video on WhatsApp as soon as you open it, and we will help you.

Delivery outside Pakistan

For delivery outside Pakistan, please message us on WhatsApp before ordering so we can confirm the charges and timing.
